A great value in my opinion. It is currently brewed in Canada by Molson Breweries, which has continued production after Carling O'Keefe was purchased by Molson. Magnum is, or was, a malt liquor much like any other, although at 5.6% ABV it fell somewhere on the lower end of the booziness scale. And even as hazy IPAs and barrel-aged sours began to crowd the market, plenty of legacy brew brands were able to stand the test of time and keep their place on the shelf. Again, the beer may be gone, but this sign lives on at Amazon. Old Style, the Chicago beer that's actually made in Wisconsin (via The Old Chicagoan), didn't call its Cooler by the Lake a shandy, though. Seattle these days is best known as the birthplace of grunge, Microsoft, Starbucks, and Amazon, the latter three being pillars of life as we know it in the early 21stcentury. Beers like Labatt Blue, Molson Canadian, Formosa Springs and other budget beers like Laurentide or Crystal fall into this category.
